Any suggestions for night exposure settings to improve this fox capture?

Here's a fox and raccoon dining together. A raccon had dumped some birdfeeder seed from about 20ft above about midnight. I knew there would be activiy later, so pointed my 25X PTZ at the spilled seed area.

Bird box camera uses cloud p2p - possible to configure and use locally?

You have not said what size and type of bird box you are going to use. So this may not be applicable. I remember the thread below from last year which may be of interest. The camera used is not wifi and has been discontinued...

Perhaps your wifi works without cloud because you have a 1st or 2nd Gen and are not using a 3rd Gen Green Feathers camera. https://help.green-feathers.co.uk/support/solutions/articles/43000602161-3rd-gen-wi-fi-bird-box-camera-setup-on-android-ios-ncip3wf-#Screen-capture-video-of-the-setup

SD flash card cameras, no Wi-Fi---- IMPOSSIBLE FIND

@jeffjot One possibilty for the "IMPOSSIBLE" camera: Get a $44 IP3M-943W from amcrest.com or at ebay from amcrestdirect. You would need a router and phone or PC for initial setup, but then install it anywhere without a router. It should just keep recording motion events to SD card in a loop...

"East and West are flipped" is probably because the camera is using a spherical coordinate system and not a horizontal coordinate system. You will need to use a formula for your camera to convert to the compass direction.
