yes but on my huisun 1.3 mpx mini ptz huisun camera, i happened that with static ip address the autotest on boot with power supply not working....after i re-enabled dhcp and the autotest begin to work. NVR and ipcam that has problem, how they are connected? Have you tryed to change camera's port on NVR ? If you change it the problem remains? If other camera with same port on NVR do same problem it's probably NVR problem, the port is damaged. If other camera with same port on NVR work fine it... -
