    i receved my camera and get the same night quality. Going to return it. No upward tilt and terrible night image. Ir washes out the picture and i find the focus to be slow.

    Yes the mobile iPhone Ap. it's the square box icon to choose video quality. Gives the options of clear...fluent...custom. Under custom you can can choose either stream that you would like make the the adjust to.

    #2 seems to only be a problem with the V2 cam. My V1 X3 works fine with HIK with both streams.

    Not sure what you mean by IP PTZ interface. I normally adjust the streams under the audio/video tab thru web browser or by changing the setting in the IVMS software.

    Yes because of the high bandwidth. It wll no let me change the substream, only the main, which i do not want to do since the main stream is the recording stream. What ports are you using?

    For some reason i cannot seem to view the substrem on my 10X V2 cam using IVMS. Even usig the fluent option selcted he main stream is still on. The main stream ivms will not allow me to view or use the ptz controls without the pictre freezing due to the high banwidth.

    very close to my setup. ACC5.2 and hik has to be the best combo out imo. Very stable, easy to use, simple setup, and no more remote client browser plugins needed for explorer/chrome/safari with 5.2.

    Just flashed it with the supplied link, however it is still the 5.1.0 version with all of the same settings. Are you sure the file is for 5.0.2? The flash completed fine and the camera rebooted as normal. thx
