Please help me with laggy skipping ghosting recordings
I have the same issue with one of my cameras as well. Difference is I'm only recording to SD card. I've set the camera to default and formatted the card but I still get laggy slowness, choppiness exactly like you have in the videos. It's good for like a day or two then the issue starts up. Ok, so I end up setting everything back to defaults, tweaking a few settings, and formatting the card and it's been stables for 3 days now. I'll play with it a little more to see if any changes I make going forward will cause the same issue I had before. knock on wood. -

No MD turned on nor recording. I thought the same thing and if it is turned off and still showing those blocked then something is screwed up. I'm on the firmware that Nayr posted. Is there a newer one now? I may just upgrade it again, restrore and see if that helps. Sooo annoying. -

I gotta say my camera is being a PITA. I got motion setup with email alerts which worked fine. then I set the schedule for the motion for 7am-7pm and saved. Can't do the in-tree method as it would def kill the tree I'm using. I'm gunna run the conduit on the back side so we can't visual see it once I'm done. Spray paint it of course as well as the camera mount.- japjoe7

Does it stay fixed when you move the camera? Have you tried viewing from another device? Have you reset the camera? I would return it myself if it is in fact a defect. Wouldn't be so bad if it was on the outside of the view but It's right in the center. What Brand/Model? -

Should have been more specific referring to that...the dome itself being more of the issue. -

If you talking direct sunlight in high heat...it pretty obvious. Your board can overheat but most of all the dome itself with discolor, possible deform, and cause malformed image. Domes are not meant to be in direct sunlight over time. Advise, get another camera. Turret, bullet, etc. -
