Hikvision DS-2DF8223I-AEL Pixelation issue
I can't confirm off the top of my head, but does the camera have a Main Stream (Event) selection in its Video configuration options? It might be that it's dropping the bitrate to a lower setting than the standard Main Stream as per the Event stream setting whenever it starts tracking. -

Updated a DS-7716NI-I4-16P to v3.4.80 last week and had the same issue with blank configuration options. Clearing my browser cache has resolved similar issues in the past, but not this time. Resolved it by factory defaulting the NVR - do be wary of resetting if you have a non-WR model of course... -

Interesting. What version of iVMS 4200 are you using on your Mac for it to work? I've just checked again with iVMS 4200 v1.02.02.02 on a Mac and got a green screen from two cameras running H.264+ from both the live view and playback footage. I'll do a few tests later and try to get it... -

With regards to the green stream on iVMS 4200 on a Mac, there's currently no support for H.264+ on the Mac OS version of iVMS 4200. BST Timezone on Hikvision DS-2CD2032-I
If you connect to the cameras via a web browser, you can navigate to Configuration > Advanced Configuration > System > DST to configure DST settings on older firmware Set the DST Bias to 60min and it should fix it for you. Obviously change the timezone back to GMT +0 first though -
