RasPipC - Cameras on your TV made Easy.

@nayr - What do you want to do as far as project logo goes? If you have any thoughts and want me to make one for this project, I can make it for us. What do you think about something like this one, an eye inside a shutter inside a "play" triangle?

RasPipC - Cameras on your TV made Easy.

I found what the problem is with rearranging that I was seeing. If you grab a window and drag it below and to the far right of the layout and let go of the mouse, the window will drop on the bottom right without moving the other windows.

RasPipC - Cameras on your TV made Easy.

Found a "bug" trying to arrange 7 feeds - can't move the large video feed on the right all the way to the bottom. Looks like the two little ones are stuck at the bottom right, although you can flip them with another one of the small ones. Perhaps it was designed this way, but just wanted to let...

RasPipC - Cameras on your TV made Easy.

@nayr Here is a zip with the Illustrator raw images plus an svg image file for each of the icons. Let me know if you need something different to work easier for you.

RasPipC - Cameras on your TV made Easy.

@nayr Here is what I have for the camera layout icons. They were made in 16x16 sets, but are vector so they will scale beautifully. Just let me know if you want this to be in a single image sprite or individual svg icons. Edit: looks I had forgotten one of the variants... added it now.

La View LV-PC902F2-W port forwarding security help needed

The long and the short of this question is, because the BI app uses the web server to connect to streams from BI. Won't make too much of a difference though as long as you don't have a port open in your firewall to access the http web server (default port 81). Congratulations on making your home...

    BI mobile question

Not sure about the Android app, but iPhone has the option to display hidden cams or not via BI app Options > Hide Cameras > Yes/No. If it isn't in the Android version I would be willing to be that it will be at some point to match what is available on iPhone.

5 MegaGixel 1/1.8" low light destroyer for $90-AVOID LONGSE JUNK

You could always run your IE in Sandboxie to avoid the possibility of the ActiveX making changes to your machine that you are not wanting. Would be kind of a pain though since I think you would have to run the installer for the ActiveX every time you are looking to make changes to your camera...

BI Remote Viewing Server Time Out

Turns out that @stjdicke problem is solved. It was the firewall rules that needed to be added back in after a firmware upgrade to the router that was the problem. He ran the setup wizard after the rules to the firewall were applied and all is good again.

I must have done something wrong with your initial instructions in post #46. I ran nano config.js and get a new file with nothing in it. I will try running your instructions again from #46 using copy/paste later tonight and see if that helps. I could have sworn I ran the mv config command before...

    Raspbery Pi2 Camera Monitor w/Rpisurv

I had to run the second one as root (sudo) before it would take. Neither one gave any errors but nothing happened on screen either. Was I supposed to do all the things from post #29 in addition to what you had me do from post #46?

BI Remote Viewing Server Time Out

So here is an update. Problem is still not resolved as I am not sure where else to look in an attempt to resolve this. Background: He is running Windows Server 2012 or earlier (didn't check) Blue Iris is up-to-date on 4.3.0.9 I checked his bi server settings and they all seemed correct. He is...

PC clock and BI clock not in sync

So all is good and BI is keeping time with the machine that it is running on then?

PC clock and BI clock not in sync

So where is the clock in the top left coming from? There must be other software that is being run for that time to be published where it is in the screen capture since that is not a normal location for the Windows clock.

    Raspbery Pi2 Camera Monitor w/Rpisurv

Okay, had the chance to get through this and I am stumped on what to do next. I had to add a couple of extra things to your code to get it to work. I attached by complete CLI inputs for you to review and see if something went wrong with what I did. I started with a fresh flash of Jessie before...

I appreciate all the help. I am using your DB link to get the package now. I did install cyber duck and was able to SFTP the package over successfully too, so there is that. Just have to wait for the download to complete before I know if this thing plans to work or not.
