    I did a screen capture and didn't capture the entire right image. The issue was with the left image. As Mr Fenderman pointed out, i must have overloaded the two Dahua cameras running multiple streams. The Hikvision handed the streams. All cameras are fully operational now. Thank goodness!

    For what's it worth... I found two other solutions to fill the gap of getting a real time wall feed for my cameras on my client PC. Neither are perfect but here they are: Netcam Studio X and IP Camera Viewer 2.

    I am new to this, so any image is good in my eyes! :) Moved up the bitrate. Running a 20 seconds delay on the client. The Server is real time. Here is a screen shot of the four cameras. The Hik's are on the top and the Dahau's are on the bottom.
