Deepstack blue iris path not found
That's also an option, i just used powershell to run deepstack --VISION-DETECTION True --PORT 82, this let's deepstack run for as long as the pc doesn't reboot. Since it's a fresh install it probably will be up for a month before a reboot is required, meanwhile i'm sure BI will have fixed it by... -

Thanks for the quick reply ! Looks like more changes then, i don't have a server.exe in any of the folders. I do have a deepstack.exe inside the server folder. So even the spelling changed. -

So i'm killing myself here. Had a prefectly good server running and had to tinker with it. Fresh install of win10, blue iris reinstalled freshly, deepstack reinstalled freshly but i keep getting the "Could not start 258 path not found" when i try to start deepstack trough blue iris. All the... -
Many cores or greater speed, which is more important?
i5-6500 3.2 16GB memory but running @ 1.30 in general with 6 camera's. I think that's pretty efficient.- Freubel

Blue Iris keeps crashing
Version is 5.4.8.2 but it looks like the issue is fixed. Fenderman had a solution, i logged into one of the cameras and switched from H265 to H264 and that did the trick. BI hasn't crashed so far. Which is still weird because they have been working with those settings since i started with BI...- Freubel

I'm going to look into that but if it is that error it would be amazing since it has been running on the same pc with the exact same hardware since 2018 with BI, it just stopped working a few days ago. I'll let you know and thank you for responding so quickly !- Freubel

If i don't check limit clip age wouldn't that mean it would just keep recording untill the hard drive is full ? About the Stored, i know, but i must fill in something, if i leave it blank i get an error. -

Hey, So i'm under the impression that i have now set up 24/7 recording and storage for 17 days. However - if i look at the status screen Blue Iris is telling me that it is deleting something even though there is enough space for storage and it has just been 6 days since it was set to record... -

Never mind. I pretty much destroyed the unit with switching off the power a few times. Now the unit just blinks rapidly red and doesn't come on. Tried loading the firmware trough the SD card but nothing. Guess i'm ordering a new one. -

Define hot, i live in the Netherlands so hot in our terms is like 30 degree's, which doesn't happen to much. (86 fahrenheit i think you guys use ?) And the only equipment there is a hot water / heating thing. -

Chances of that happening are slim to none. It's just the piece from the POE injector to the camera, should be roughly 80 cm and since it's in the attic with zero appliances :) Thanks for the heads up though, i had no idea thos flat cables are sensitive for any kind of radiation :) -

Well so far so good. About the routing of the camera, it runs from the general switch -> powerline adapter -> powergrid -> powerline adapter on the 3th floor -> POE injector -> camera. Working as intended ! I just had to manualy add the camera to the NVR. I used a flat LAN cable underneath a window. -
