    It connectes better to my WiFi now. But it’s uselless as a doorbell. The door rings at the unit. Never alerts my iPhone. After a bit the doorbell states the subscriber is not available.

    Hello After updating my firmware. The app stoped sending doorbell rings/notifications to my phone. I’ve looked over the setup option and don’t see anything that’s changed. Anyone run into this?

    Hello. So I installed blue iris iOS app on a second device. The app works perfect on my iPhone. On my wife’s it logs in for a few seconds and then Logs back out. It keeps doing that cycle. Any ideas what the issue is ?

    hello. I’ve set up my Dahua ip cameras with a generic option in blue iris. Is there a benifit to using the dahua mainstream rtsp vs generic option? The video feed comes up with either option. Just curious.

    figured it out. the Poe switch was the issue ,swapped it out with a ENGENIUS 8 port poe switch.

    Hello. I own Mac computers. So I want to use smart pss for my security cameras. I’m not going to use a nvr. Going to store it to a local hardrive. Do I need a nvr and paid iDMSS app to have the option to push to my device ? Or just the paid iDMSS.
