    DAHUA MODEL SD59220T-HN just received last week. Everything works using FireFox but not with BI. Can't turn IR on or off with BI and also can't move in the diagonal direction but can move left/right and up and down. Anyone seen this problem and have a solution?

    Sarge, I have that same camera and HAD that same problem as long as I chose the Make\model as Sricam AP004/05! I tried many of the Make/models and settled on....Foscam MJEG(No Audio, PTZ). Using PTZ and Focus do not lose the signal any more. Try that model....hope it helps!

    Got the ethernet cable and my guess was correct and you were spot on, fenderman! Now I get 25fps +- .5fps...down side is I now have a cable dangling out of the attic along the floor to get back to the modem....but price to pay is worth it!
