Okay, still trying. Some of the things I've done: I went into the BI and DeepstackALPR directories and ensured they were not read only and all users had rights Reinstalled DeepstackALPR.exe (when I did this it gave me an error that NSSM could not run, maybe because it had already run?)... -

Hmmm...got this working fine yesterday, but then today it didn't change the camera to night mode. In the actualy camera, does it matter if this setting is set to always enable day or night? I.e., as long as it says "Full time" shouldn't it work? -

Thanks, in this config? I think I may have found the issue, when setting alerts, I've set them up under the Immediate Alerts tab here: Instead of the "Alerts" tab as I was getting duplicate alerts. Is that maybe causing the issue? That is, maybe I shouldn't have the Immediate Actions... -

Hmmm...Seem to be getting a huge amount of "nothing found" alerts coming through to my phone. Shouldn't only confirmed alerts make it through? -

Coule other things: Should this be empty? I.e., is it only populated when I drag a .dat file into it? In the setup pdf for ALPR, the "default object detection" is not checked, shoudl I uncheck mine? I am also using AI for person, etc detections on other cameras. -

Just going back through the instructions pdf. For this step.... Is this done in the "Alerts" tab, or in the Trigger tab where it says "immediate actions", and the "Configure Run action"? Mine looks like this, but had it in the Alert tab vs the Immediate Actions section under Trigger. Also... -

Okay, managed to get the flags to work (via the URL) by removing the "#" from the password which was causing issues as I thought, it properly triggers BI and I see the flag show up in BI (and I get a notification on my phone). But for the life of me I can't recall how to set up the camera... -

Disable the service in Windows you mean? It doesn't seem to be in the services.msc list. Maybe I should actually check out the BI integration with Deepstack as it seems fewer and fewer folks are still using AI given the lack of messages the last several months. Presumably it works well enough... -

This is so strange. Resource monitor shows nothing running on D. I removed my Avast antivirus, shut down all programs, etc., but still getting the same error. I managed to format it using MiniPartition Tool, but that tool only allows me to format at a 64kb cluster size. So E is formatted at... -

Thanks, will see if I can figure it out. In the mean time, any recco's on directory structure/number of cameras per drive, etc? I think I'm going to get rid of the dedicated LPR directory, not really sure why I did that for video. Maybe for the plate pics it makes sense. Fine to have a "New"...
