    Easy, two of the cameras are trying to fight over the same IP address, one might be set to static, other DHCP. It's really hard to help people who don't want to listen to the help given. I'm not being harsh here, but if you aren't willing to try stuff that people suggest when asking for help...

    You need to log directly into it with Internet Explorer. Plug laptop into one of the PoE ports and run SADP to find the IP address.

    Log directly into the camera to find line crossing with internet explorer. Without knowing the exact model numbers for cameras and NVRs then it's hard to give anything but generic help.

    I is international. Really you want NI NVR and 2xx2 cameras rather than xxx5 chinese cameras. The cost difference nowadays isn't huge.

    You need DS-7608NI-E2/8P It's not worth messing around with N rather than NI NVRs anymore. I have a N NVR but that's from when the price difference was huge. It's not anymore.
