Ask your wife if you can lend her hairdryer and warm it up
There is a descendant pack inside the camera that should soak up any moisture check your seals if you installed an sd card
As matt200 says ip cameras don’t employ a voip system plus you will need a little amp and speaker and extra wires and power supply then have to deal with the delay it’s like talking on an old school am CB radio

It’s a good camera
It’s a lot bigger than a normal turret and the connection system is different
If you want audio use the mini stereo plug (twin black bands and not the single black band that’s caught a few people out )
Just take your time when installing that you make sure all the rubber...
only one i know of is the hikvision atm or covert cam DS-2CD6424FWD-30 4MM lens the one in my hand right now is about 2m long from the control box

at 2.56 i can see 192.168.10.70,71,72.73 so the camera are there ok

I don’t run out of the nvr via hdmi
But on your computer can you pull up the nvrs IP address and log in
And navigate to system-systems settings menu output and select auto
And select the maximum hdmi it will allow and the maximum vga it will allow
Hit save the go to maintenance and hit reboot
Odd on there ptz once you tick h265 it gives a little box to read which says which stuff won’t work hopefully one day they will get it all to work with h265

You have c/ in the file it’s best to down load the firmware if it’s zipped
On your desktop make a new folder mark it as hikvision R0 camera v 5.x.x
To what version you are upgrading too,then unzip to that folder on the desktop
When you are in the web GUI browse to that folder then you will see...
