Just purchased a couple IPC-T54IR-AS cameras to test out. It appears they begin with a static IP. After an hour or so I can't connect anymore. Tried resetting the camera, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Do I have to have it powered on, then hold the reset and unplug it. Maybe I'm doing...
