    To throw in a comment from me, I have two 5442s from Andy. Both have the 2020-12-03 firmware. The bullet has two sliders but the turret only has one. I though this was a commonly understood limitation of the turret construction for some reason. Or am I wrong (yet again)?

    Thanks for the reply Alastair. Please look again at the numbers - 100x not 10x. This is my first Hikvision camera and don’t know if there’s something else behind this. Another easy check for me to do by the way was to to look at the file sizes vs continuous recording time.
