    With a dual NiC config the cams can only be accessed via your BI PC, so logon to that Pc and then see if you can access the cams. If you want to be able to access the cams from your home network you’ll either need to setup routing or bridge the adapters in the PC but that then sort of defeats...

    The other thing it could be as I’m sure I’ve read that somebody else had this issue is the characters you use in the password. Can’t quite call but it might be worth resetting the password to remove any special chars to see if that changes the behaviour?

    I was going to post the exact same thing. Hindsight and all that but if you have connectivity issues then it’s best to take it down, bring the cam in and try it with a known good Ethernet cable in the first instance.

    Disabled mine with the first wave of problems. My cams have no access to the internet and can only be accessed via the BI PC so I’m not that worried about disabling it.

    I’ve got 5.8.0.4 on my test rig with no issues, could this problem be related to the AI as I don’t run any, just use the capabilities within the cams themselves to trigger alerts in BI.
