It's a good cam but it doesn't support ONVIF so bad for Blue Iris. The datasheet says it supports ONVIF so hopefully we just need the correct firmware.
Apparently you can't connect to this camera with a browser. Only with SmartPSS or App. Andy did send me new firmware but just like the pre installed firmware, it has DH-SD1 for PTZ control. I am using Blue Iris and I can't control the PTZ. I am trying to get firmware with ONVIF but if I can't...
I got a new Dahua camera and the firmware only has DH-SD1 for PTZ control. I am trying to get firmware with ONVIF but if I can't, is there any way to control it with DH-SD1?
Did you ever connect to the camera through a browser? I have an A26 and am having the same issue. What firmware is on the camera? Mine came with PAL not NTSC and no ONVIF.
The camera is a IPC-A26P. Workstation is 192.168.1.123. ConfigTool shows camera address is 192.168.1.165. Ping Packets: Sent = 4, Recieved = 4, Lost = 0. Camera is powered by the supplied wall wart and connected by Ethernet.
When I try to log in I get "This error (HTTP 404 Not Found) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but the page you wanted was not found. It’s possible that the webpage is temporarily unavailable. Alternatively, the website might have changed or removed the webpage...
Thanks. I was looking over some of the past releases and found "Version 4.5.8.5 preview with push notifications". I didn't know this was possible and immediately tried to implement it but I can't seem to figure it out. I have an Android phone and all my devices and apps are up to date. I get the...
It seems BI gets updated at least every couple weeks. The last time was just yesterday but when these updates come out are there any release notes on whats actually in them? The update page has the "Most resent features" but it never seems to change and if it did there are so my things there...
After the update to BI on the 20th my UI got larger. I could actually see what was on the clips on the right side of the screen and the timeline was easier to use. I thought BI scaled the UI to the monitors resolution and I didn't know it could be changed. Today after resetting my PC for some...
I'm asking this because the bottom of my BI monitor says "!! C:-15.4G". I have two hard drives. 1 250GB SSD and 1 1TB HDD. Currently everything is on the SSD. How do I keep the Blue Iris program on my SSD and move all the recordings to the HDD? I am not computer savvy so I need some help.
I'm using Android. I can pinch to zoom but it's not really zoomin. It's just increasing the image on the screen. If I touch and hold the center of the screen it vibrates like when I touch the edges to move the camera but it doesn't zoom. It's to bad that it works on iOS but not Android.
I tried asking this in the mobile forum but I didn't get an answer so I thought I would try here. If I turn my phone sideways in the Blue Iris app to enter full screen I can touch the top, bottom and sides of the screen to move a PTZ camera but is there a way to zoom in and out?
Can I use my gaming PC for BI and still use it for gaming or should I have a dedicated PC for BI? 6 2mp 1080p cams @ 30fps. PC is i7-8700K, Z370, 16GB DDR, GTX 1080Ti, 240GB SSD, 1TB HDD.
