    Found it out. Detection area in DMSS is not exactly matching detection area on camera webserver. The one at the camera itself is more exact. In DMSS the street was completely out of the detection area. In the camera itself it still selected a bit of the street and this caused these unwanted...

    Thank you. There it works for me. But it doesn't play at the 'Message center'. It shows up the SMD or IVS detection, but it's not able to play it. Normal MD is playing. At SMD or IVS notification the > icon is missing.

    Maybe the SD-card does the trick. At me with NVR and no SD-card Imou won't play SMD and IVD notifications. They show up but don't play.

    Got the DB11 installed. Works fine. Just have a small issue: the loudspeaker at the doorbell itself is incredible loud after you pushed the button. How can I change the volume of the loudspeaker on the doorbell? No solution in the manual.

    Motion Detection at the DB11 is done by the PIR, not by detecting changes in video. Therefore you have to change the PIR settings by the app. Can you take a screenshot from your notification and your PIR settings?
