    I'm not worried about latency type delays. I'm worried about "record, upload MP4 to cloud, download MP4 from cloud, re-broadcast" type delays. But if you say it "streams" onto cloud, I don't see why it can't "stream" out of cloud. Will try.

    Then I pick up the stream from cloud near-simultaneousely at another end whose network is not behind CGNAT and let's me do port forwarding, etc. Stream makes a hop (cloud) on the way to a configurable network server. JUst have to see if cloud can pass it down on the fly, or only recorded 15-20...

    HOLD everything!!! Looks like Blue Iris is doing it (at least locally). And it's sooo easy. Now I have to work on feeding it to internet (own website, YouTube, etc.) Thank you guys. I'll update

    Blue Iris Looks promising, especially since it says it can control PTZ functions remotely. Hadn't heard of it before. I'm looking into it now. Thank you Still don't know why an NVR can't stream on the fly if it has RTMP capability.

    Fair enough. But how am I gonna stream without internet? Record, hand off, and delay broadcast benign MP4's from a connected workstation? Really the only way? No way from an NVR?

    Hello from Upstate NY using Hikvision IP cams for 24/7 scenery recording

    I use 2 Hikvision cameras for recording the scenery of Hudson Valley- sunsets, sunrises, storms, ships, etc. One is 180 degree bullet camera for panorama, the other is a 42X optical zoom 360 degree PTZ. I have a mind to stream the feed to share it with others but am having trouble doing it...
