Yes, it seems the only Dahua around are either straight CHINESE or Chinese with CUSTOM English firmware. Any issues with such custom firmware? (The seller told me with the Chinese with CUSTOM English firmware can not be upgraded) I made a post asking about this, as I didn't know before that... -

IF it is the fans making the noise, I am not saying it is the fans, because I do not know. But, if it is the fans and it's really important, maybe you could take the camera apart and remove the power to the fans. I would check with others first before you do that, because that may not fix it... -

Aliexpress, Dahua CHINESE cameras?

Dahua camera freezing on motion detect?
I have 4 cameras, 3 of them are the same model, 1 of them isn't the same model, but still 4MP. It also drops out at times, or I'd think maybe firmware.. But it has something to do with the pack duration on my setup, I have it set for 2 hours (max allowed) If I am reviewing recorded footage...
