Anyone setting up conditions in camera for profile management or doing your adjustments in your NVR or BI? Seems all mine were default to full time day.

    Dahua Starlight Varifocal Turret (IPC-HDW5231R-Z)

Strange: When I changed to Dahua HFW2300R-Z/2320R-ZS/81200E protocol protocol, I received "No Signal". However, IPC-HFW2320R and Main Stream RSTP both work.

    Pinhole Recommendations

nayr - just read 18 pages of your IPC-HDW5231R-Z review. Now I want to replace all of my outdoor domes with these. Seriously, I think I'll buy one and if I can't make it work inside, I'll swap it out for one of my outdoor domes.

Thanks for all of the recommendations. I definitely like the form factor of the mini IP? cameras. (hope that's the correct description). I'd like to stay away from White and IR. Do the small dome cameras offer superior performance over mini ip? Even if I paint one black, the dome...

Along with 11 other IP Cams 2MP & 3MP, I have one indoor pinhole cam tied into BI through the AXIS M7011 Video Encoder. This is the only indoor camera at the property and is tucked away in the corner of the ceiling. Photo:Dropbox - IMG_20161216_072706.jpg Not sure of the Camera but max...

    Blue Iris Hardware Recommendations

Thanks for the great information. This forum saved countless hours. I was able to get the frame rates down from 70%-90% to below 35%. One issue I'm now having now is when Hardware Acceleration is enabled, I loose my only indoor camera hooked up to an AXIS M7011 Video Encoder. Still with the...

    Blue Iris Hardware Recommendations

Interesting - I would never have guessed that BI would run better with onboard graphics over a graphics card. Most of my work gets done at my work office. This is my home office and I only work their one day/week. So I didn't think I needed a 2nd computer. Regarding running both onboard and...

    Blue Iris Hardware Recommendations

Thanks for the responses and patience. Just to be clear will the on-board Intel HD GPU run BI better than a Graphic Card? Even though my motherboard has a displayport, I'm guessing I'll need to buy a Graphics Card to drive the new Dell UltraSharp U3415W at 3440 x 1440. I think I'm still...
