    You have to use Internet Explorer or Firefox ESR Version 32. If you choose firefox you have to do a small amount of digging to find that version. The newest firefox ESR (v60 I believe) or regular firefox version won't work yet.

    Like @Bitslizer said and I've mentioned in the previous pages: If you upgrade the doorbell you need to factory default it after the upgrade. You can also do it through the web interface of the camera, choose the "Restore All" option.

    I figured it out, it goes off what you have displaying for the CVBS output(or any output other than HDMI, such as VGA). Which, like I mentioned above, can only be set through the attached monitor GUI under the Live View settings.

    Is your monitor connected using HDMI or VGA? Did you check the settings under Main Menu->Configuration->Live View at the monitor? (Those settings aren't available on PC)

    Oh, then there may be a way to change it. On the attached monitor go to Main menu->Configuration->Live View, there should be a tab at the top where you can pick which cameras display on each output for VGA & HDMI. Although I believe the 7608 can only duplicate it's worth a checking whether...

    I don't believe that's possible with Zero Channel due to it "simulating" the monitor output but not actually being the monitor output which, as you know, you can switch.

    If it started after the upgrade you probably need to factory default it. That will clear out any old config from the 171219 firmware. Let us know how it goes.

    @suzukifd Are you referring to the iVMS-4500 app? As far as I know the doorbell notifications don't work through it, only Hik-Connect. What issues are you having with Hik-Connect?

    It's possible it is logging you out for security reasons, although, my Android Hik-Connect never does that. Also, if it's multiple times a day there's probably something else wrong. Are all of you on iOS?

    @pozzello, export the reset file using the new version of SADP. Once exported email it to Winic. They should be able to send you a file back to get it reset.

    Hey @Chuck Connors, about how long does it take to ring your phone after pressing the button? Personally I like Hik-Connect the best. Also, can you grab me the firmware version you are running on the doorbell? It should be listed at the bottom of the DB settings on the app.

    Right. That remote configuration in my screenshot is the NVR itself, from there you should be able to upgrade the cameras without changing any network settings.
