OK, I figured it out... when I set ONVIF discovery port to 80 instead of 8999 it works. So at least it's now properly setup with ONVIF. Unfortunately a "test alarm" triggered by AXIS Object Analytics still doesn't seem to trigger an ONVIF event within Blue Iris. -

I think I may have found the culprit. The PC is a brand-new machine, and I installed an additional NIC from TP-Link (TG-3468). Two more thoughts: If networking would be the issue, I would also expect the 6MB read buffer to "catch" any small intermittent network delays. Thanks a lot! This is very helpful information. Is there a downside to using H265? I thought that H265 can offer better quality at a similar bit rate or the same quality at a lower bitrate compared to H264. -

Hello, I’m testing a Dahua IPC-T5442T-ZE. I noticed that one of the two IR lights is significantly less bright than the other, even when I set the illuminator manually to 100% in the software. Are others seeing this behavior as well, or does this indicate a malfunction of one of the two IR lights?
