No, seriously, would adding some low voltage lighting help with light in this instance? It's common to see the permanent low voltage on lighting homes here and on fences. Would it be worth it to add decorative lighting to the fence? I ask because it has a good WAF factor -

Unfortunately, I don't think there isn't enough light to run a faster shutter speed without introducing noise from the gain function. Otherwise, I'm back to the noisy image I showed previously. -
