Man, that's horrible. I'm not anywhere near a contractor of any sort...plumbing, tile, stone, carpenter, etc. but I think I could have done a better job. That would be a nightmare to blindly purchase and then try to live with, keep up, repair....it'd be a money pit.

This made me think "WTF".

I ran across a F*cebook page for a substance abuse recovery and withdrawal center. They had several sponsors whose web sites and/or F*cebook pages were posted. If it were me, and I was in charge of a page for a withdrawal center, I would not post a sponsor such as the one outlined in red and shown below it, enlarged...... :facepalm::wtf:
