I'll give that a try in a few hours. I'm going outside and do yard work right now. I'll report back later. You probably need to delete Explorer history and the plug-ins and let the camera reload them.
No yard work for you?Not on mine
I'm too cheap to pay someone for yard work.Yard work I got people for that..
its windows did you reboot?
Done it multiple times; problem still occurs. I had not thought about removing the plug-ins, so that was worth a try. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll keep that in mind in the future. You probably need to delete Explorer history and the plug-ins and let the camera reload them.
Same problem, plus all the other regular problems using Edge or Chrome to do anything with the cameras. Internet Explorer always works, well, it used to anyway.Have you just tried using Edge, I'm running 24H2 with all the latest updates and all of my WEB5.0 cams work just fine using Edge.
The PTZ cameras aren't using the latest firmware. The problem is with all sixteen cameras. Is the PTZ on the latest firmware?
Have you tried a cleanup utility like CCleaner on the pc? Sometimes there is more junk around.
The last graphics driver update occured sometime after March 18, 2025.Look to see if the graphics driver updated and roll it back.
Or roll the Windows update back.
Yes, the Pale Moon browser was the 32 bit version that I installed. So far, I like the looks of Pale Moon over Internet Explorer or the absolutely horrible Microsoft Edge and close to absolutely horrible Google Chrome. Was it the 32 bit pale moon you downloaded? 64 bit version won't run 32 bit plugins I'm pretty sure.

I've never done a Windows Update rollback. I fear going backwards on those.
I'm going to just sit still for awhile with the problem. And I will absolutely update this topic.
