My subscription expired, I pulled up the activation window and clicked to purchase an extension of maintenance. I copied that URL over to my primary PC (that does not run BI) and paid.

I now have an email invoice saying that I paid but no license key. Blue Iris looks the same, says my subscription is expired. I'm assuming that opening the link on the wrong PC is where I went wrong. I emailed support with all the information early this morning but haven't gotten a reply. Is there something I can do on my end to correct this?
 
Big issue with the credit card vendor, so depending on your BI version, you may have paid to the wrong credit card vendor if your BI version was old enough to still be the former vendor.

BI is basically a one person shop, so give them a few days to reply to your email.

 
My invoice is from "Perspective Software Billing". I clicked on "cancel" but that isn't an option. What a pain.. I had been putting off doing the upgrade but my notifications got jacked up with the google upgrades a while back. I need them working ASAP, several people in the neighborhood have had items stolen or they've had to run people off in the middle of the night when they caught them in the act of stealing. Someone drove slowly through my yard earlier (it's a private drive) and now i'm paranoid they're going to come back at night to haul all my stuff off. :\

[edit] BI support responded and has taken care of the issue, i'm up and going.
