Why doe BI keep triggering new events for static objects?

Why am I getting new Alerts for the same, static objects? This happens every few minutes for parked cars with no movement of the camera, cars, or anything else in the view?
I would only want an alert to be generated for new or moving objects or change of scene. Whatever is the standard practice.

I'm having the same issue. And I'm not sure how to create a static object in the rules. Very frustrating. been on different CPAI versions as well as Blue Iris.

The dark scenes are always the tough ones because every light bounce (and different shades of light) off a vehicle can make the AI think it is a new vehicle.

Mine is happening during the day. It will sometimes show boat **% and other times occupied and cancel thee alerts(which is what I want it to do). Nothing has moved. I have tried to add rules to keep the static objects as it looks like the status of the static objects keep changing from Blue, Orange and yellow. I wish I could just create a static object....

What I ended up doing is creating a zone B and masked the area where the static boats are and had the CPAI only look for boats in zone B. CPAI is looking in zone A for everything else. So far so good. No more false alerts but will keep an eye on it. I guess it was a bit to busy for the Static Object to keep up with and this should work perfectly for what I'm looking for...
