But but but we eliminated their military.....
FPV drones hitting civilians vs hunting civilians are two different things, I don't buy the later.

Unless there is video evidence of them deliberately hitting civilian after confirmation, just hitting a car is not proof they are hunting for civilians. Ukraine troops are well documented to use civilian vehicle. If the video feed starts to interfere as the fpv gets closer to a vehicle, it's guaranteed they are combatants even if its a civilian vehicle.Re Russian FPVs hunting Ukrainians
It has been well documented, even if you don't buy it.

Russia’s FPV drone campaign in Ukraine institutionalizes intentional civilian harm as a tool of war
Russia's use of FPV drones to strike civilian targets in Ukraine indicates a culture seeking to weaponize civilian harm as a tool of war.understandingwar.org

Fiber optic fpv have enough resolution and detail to abort attacks even with out the vehicle occupants not knowing.
I have seen at least three videos of them aborting attacks at the last moment after fpv video feed shows that they are civilians. Some civilians in cars wave and being with a woman or with children or dogs is guaranteed abort.
If they are solo male walking, running, cycling in civilian clothes again attack is aborted.
