Well, just applied for an RMA. Would have loved to keep these things but without 2 key functional pieces that I actually need might as well bought a bricked camera and mounted it. lol Lets see what the vendor will say as they never replied to my last weeks question regarding microSD slot. -

Yeah, I tried at least a few Class 10 cards... I do hear it click when inserting and it gets locked in there firmly. Do you need to reboot the camera for it to show up? (I did on most of them anyways to test, could speed up the testing I am trying to do today.) Definitely cant insert the card... -

So I take it I should RMA the cameras? Just to clarify, I should be seeing MicroSD if I go to: Configuration > Advanced Configuration > Storage > Storage Management and it should be listed under HDD Device List ? -

Interesting I just got 2 cameras identical to what you have and having exactly the same issue. I bought these cards: http://www.microcenter.com/product/431735/64GB_Class_10_EVO_microSD_Memory_Card_With_Adapter and also tried a random 8GB and 16GB card. MicroSD works in PC but camera doesn't see... -
