    BI support got back with me and all is well. Thank you. Sorry to be the guy that jumps on a forum as soon as they join and presents an issue. With that being said, Ive been reading info on this site for yours, I guess it was just my time to ask a question.

    Hello. I'm new to the forum but a very long-time BI user. I recently needed to upgrade my BI server, so I went to the settings and upgraded. I was remote into the BI server, so I used the machine I was remote from to activate and pay for the upgrade. Of course, it didn't process the upgrade...
