    Got the firmware on the offical Hkvision portal. it all seems working, was on macOS beforehand but now on windows with the plugin installed, all seems fine. Is it possible to do this on Mac? I can get it in the app over LAN, is it however possible to check it remotely?

    is it also possible to flash the AC500, version I51EH and firmware V5.7.2 build 230426
