Hikvision FIRMWARE TOOLS - change language, extract files and create own firmware

Recently purchased some cameras DS- 2CD2132F -IS and one of them is with presenting an excess of white like a fog. Below a photo comparing the image with another camera . Both are with the same configuration: Any idea what could be ? Thanks -
