ahh ok that was what i was thinking, it was driving me nuts, i was running in and out trying different settings. That and when i showed someone the cameras at work they said everything looks like but that squished fat one haha

I was wondering if anyone has had this problem. I have a IPC-HDW4431C-A and when i spin it so its vertical i have 2 different results with web services and the mobile app vs the SmartPSS application. The smartPSS seems to scale the video correctly where the web services doesn't. Any ideas why...

I could be totally miss-understanding, what i would like to happen is for the camera do be able to trigger on motion and zoom in or out if needed based on someone walking towards the door. Then turn if they are standing on the porch. Appreciate your help with this!

Does the camera support IVS of the Dahua NVR? Wasn't able to find it on the website or specsheets

Might not be the best actually, that side can get bad when it snows and rains. Maybe a fixed camera might be better then.

Not auto tracking auto scan i think is what i read on the data sheet, thinking it was some sort of auto tracking. Haha i checked your videos out, very nice setup.
