@Mark_M - it didn't help, still no push notifications
Btw. after setting this to "On" I can not disable push notifications in DMSS (Disable Alarm Linkage).
My settings:
DMSS Multi-channel alarm subscription enabled for Intrusion and Tripwire for that channel.
IVS is working and all events are recorded, but notifications are not coming to the phone . Testing on 3 cameras.
SMD notifications work properly.
yes, I saw these connections to the amazon servers in the router logs, now I know what it was :)
but I rather suspected it was telemetry
thanks for the explanation
Have the same configuration with VPN (P2P off) and I'm wondering about that too - how it works when VPN is down? Maybe this P2P it's not completely off?
How does my NVR know where to send the notifications?
I have the same problem on my NVR4216-4KS2/L.

DMSS without P2P, direct connection via VPN.
I think this is DMSS bug.

Yes, but I just meant the type of connection : direct simple connection to the router via public IP address or direct connection via VPN server on the router are established without P2P functionality. So I don't understand why direct connection (without VPN) didn't help ?
Hi, I have the same problem with my NVR4216-4KS2/L recorder on DMSS.
I have one question to what you wrote in the first post:
"I also bought a public static IP address from my provider (they removed me from CG-NAT), I forwarded ports 37777 and 80 on the ZTE F680 router and set in DMSS to connect...
