We purchased 2 Loryta 4mp cameras, one 2.8 and a 3.6. The level of detail is way more than required, can even read labeling on the servers! Going to experiment with rotating the lens on the 3.6 by 90 degrees to see if we can get full height view of the rack while still getting adequate width...

Thank you all for the input. Based on everyone's feedback, I ran a test with an existing 4mp camera and it looks like that provides adequate resolution. I ordered 2.8 and 3.6 cameras and will see which works best. I'll try to remember to post the results.

I need a mini dome camera for wall or ceiling mount in a closet used to store some secured valuables (something unobtrusive, perhaps even a recessed camera if that's an option). We had a camera disguised in a box, but its time to replace that. Any suggestions? Must be POE, of course.

I've been running Deepstack with BlueIris for a month or so and have found it to be very effective. Does Deepstack or BI download DS updates on its own, or is there a process I should be going through myself?

I would go into Chrome settings, privacy and clear out the site data for the UI3 address. I haven't done it with UI3, but I think that's a good first step. If you can't figure that out, Goggle ("clear chrome data for one site") will lead the way.
