When I try to update both of my IPC-Color4K-X-2.8MM camera to the latest firmware, I get update error! What am I doing wrong? I just updated 3 IPC-T5442TM with the latest firmware and they updated just fine.

Quick question, I picked up two Color4K-X-2.8MM. Does this camera have built in audio? It seems too, but I read that it needs a external mic....

I had to select "Dahua New V4" in BI under PTZ/Control for the camera to get it to move again. In the Video Configure I also just use find/inspect to configure the camera, also make sure you have the correct port if you are port forwarding.

Found some, both Homedepot and Lowes has it. I wish it came in white.
