Found the solution! The router needs to be connected to the internet when first adding the device (but it can be turned of afterwards). Also you might need to synchronize the IP adresses of the computer and the camera. Therefore set your computer IP to 192.168.1.30 (dahua camera standard IP)...

I have the same problem here. Smart PSS (version 2) finds camera (dahua sd22204t-gn) but it is shows offline. The same thing happens when I type in any kind of username and password. There was no password provided by dahua. Any ideas? I tried admin, admin ...
