I split every 1 hour, or 4gb, one video file for each hour. I changed it from 8 hrs to 1 hr to see if that helps with the over allocation error.

Ohhhh I got it now. It didn't quite click with me right away. Well hopefully the limitation by space rather than time will fix the weird over allocation problem.
