What is the de-bricking process for HIKVision camera and NVR firmware updates?
The pdf hikvision supplies has bad instructions. I was running into this same problem. Once I had the HIKTOOL server running BEFORE I turned on the NVR, it worked properly. Hikvision's pdf told me to wait 3 seconds.
