    For numbers 2 & 3 I do very much the same, although with three monitor outputs (one to a splitter that then goes to four TV's, everything HDMI). I do it with duplicate cameras and "Open in desktop frame". Use New Camera and Copy From Another Camera from within that window. Open in desktop...
