Dreaded Memory Leaks - need ideas SOLVED

You’re not kidding! I spent hours upon hours researching, reading, reinstalling, formatting, having Ken at BlueIris remote into it to turn up nothing. I tried windows 11 also since I figured it couldn’t hurt. No dice for me! Glad you got it without having to buy a new computer. Luckily this...

Dreaded Memory Leaks - need ideas SOLVED

Figured I would post an update on this one. I continued to fight with this issue until this month and finally swapped the computer out for a new Optiplex. Same configuration files for blue iris, same cameras problem is resolved. I don't know what the issue is with the old computer as memory...

Memory creeping on Intel Graphics 530

What did you end up buying? I may downgrade to the 6000 series processors since that’s what it seems a large majority use.

Memory creeping on Intel Graphics 530

This has been my entire life with BI also. Cannot find the issues and it results in a slow leak over 4 days in which I reset the PC. Did the new computer fix it?

Dreaded Memory Leaks - need ideas SOLVED

I have verified all cameras are not using HA at this point (set globally and i checked each camera). I did a complete wipe and reinstall again this time using the WMC tool. If anything now its leaking memory at a slightly faster rate. I live in an area with ALOT happening on the cameras, is...

Dreaded Memory Leaks - need ideas SOLVED

Hey all i have gone through the standard troubleshooting that is listed here on IPCAMTALK and also on the blue iris forums. I cannot get this slow memory leak under control. I've been running blue iris about 6 months now but have to restart my computer about every 4-5 days as the memory will...

    Fanless PoE Switch

Be careful with the Noctua fans, most of them are significantly lower static pressure and CFM rating. This also will void any warranty you have. I bought a TP-LINK switch that has two pretty loud fans as well, and looked at the Noctua's as well but they are 50% lower CFM and static pressure...

Thanks guys! Is rolling back BI easy? I just got it setup (I’m a new user). Can I export my settings and re import them to the previous version?

    IPC-T5442T-ZE & Zooming

Glad you got it working! I tried upwards 10-15 until one worked. I agree, its convenient to set the zoom from BI and not have to climb a ladder or login the camera to set it, plus the one off random times I may want to zoom it! By the way mine is set default to 20 as well. Tom

    IPC-T5442T-ZE & Zooming

I got my 5442 to zoom with the following settings i just kept trying different options till it worked (im still testing this 1 camera before i move it to my switch and get it mounted):

Dahua day/night switch utility - DahuaSunriseSunset

Even setting the event time to the exact same time as sunrise and sunset the check box is still grayed out. I'm running the latest version of BI 5.5.6.9 (since i just started down the blue iris journey a few days ago)! I used to have cough cough, reolink but returned them before the window...

Dahua day/night switch utility - DahuaSunriseSunset

I'm new to Blue Iris here and ive been trying to get my Dahua setup using the https script with calls from the PTZ presets. I have it all working and it does successfully change between day and night mode at the prescribed times, however i cannot for some reason select relative to sunrise and...
