    hik-Connect 6 app is down. It takes me to the initial splash screen and hangs there. hikvision.com is down as well. I cannot view my cams all day today Nov. 12, 2023. Anyone else?

    Hi, I’m attempting to setup push notifications and tried defining a grid area with the intention to only capture motion within the defined area. However, motion seems to be detected outside the grid. Is there an additional setting I need to adjust? thank you

    Yes, the fan is working fine. Its pretty clean but will confirm once again later. Good space around it, been working for a few years in the same spot. I currently have a 3TB drive.

    It was working fine since around 8pmEST yesterday. I’m sitting in front of the main monitor and the NVR rebooted on its own twice. Now the HD is not being recognized.

    It runs and cams work without being able to recording after the drive failure. I haven’t tried powering up with no drive installed.

    So I plugged the DVR into a different outlet, and it’s been cool lately so I don’t believe heat is an issue. When I plug one of the drives back and power up and it works for a few hours, recording and all then fails again. Strange.

    We did have one to three storms over the last few weeks, nothing too bad but I guess its possible.
