    Sorry, I don't have VLC on that machine. It is designated for BI only, plus a couple of ONVIF search tools. The online info has the RTSP streams just as you have done. They appear to be working from the camera, just not connecting to BI.

    Thanks for replying. Both video channels are not visible through BI. Both are visible thru the web interface and the phone app. Onvif software can locate the camera, but can't connect to the RTSP . ??

    Yea, that was the first thing I tried. These are supposed to be ONVIF connectable , but even my Onvif tools cant connect. The app connects ok . but nothing else.
