I'll keep it short. BI IOS app working fine on LAN. Just installed a Linksys Velop Mesh system. I did port forwarding with several different ports (81, 8081 etc) no luck. Been running BI for years so not exactly a noob but... after I port forward it shows closed on port checkers. Any info...

Boy I don't know what to say. Make sure your ip hasn't changed on your router. I use hxxp://www.noip.com/ in case my ip gets changed so I don't have to worry. I just checked my G Pad 8.0 on my local lan and the at&t network and both are working fine. So like I said tech support told me to...

I just thought of something. I was originally running 3.something on the home pc. I updated to 4.2.3.4 x64 and it didn't work. Then I updated the android app and it worked. So have you upgraded to version 4.2.3.4 ??

It Has to be G Pad 8.0 related because my other devices connect fine. S5 and G Pad 7.0 Although I find it strange that I can connect with the browser.

Will do. I have been messing with it all day. It's not going to happen. Works great on my S5 and I have a LG G Pad 7.0 mounted in the dash of my 370Z and that is fine. Weird for sure. I will email support in the morning. Thanks

I just got my G Pad 8.0 from At&T today and can't connect either. All my settings are correct. Anybody find out anything yet? Thanks
