Hi All, I have the same "Costco Swann 16 channel/8 POE 3MP NVR" that Sauropod has. Looking for the 7816N-E2_308_ML firmware you referenced on the HikVision site. I went there and couldn't find older that version anymore. The ones that were there always error out saying language miss match...
