    Continuous Record Loses 10 minutes

    Hey all: I have two cameras that record continuously and have found that they both lose 10 minutes from midnight to 12:10am. I have them Cut/Record for 12 hours and file size is 25G. Any thoughts?

    I changed my storage of clips from C: to H:

    You'll need to move or copy them from your folder on C to H. Most likely they are in the NEW folder on C. I'm assuming you have the same now in H

    Motion detection query

    Try changing "show rectangles" instead of "highlight motion" and have someone walk through the frame. You should see green rectangles showing motion. When the rectangle turns red, it will record. If the rectangles don't turn red, tweak the settings for Make, Size & Contrast as needed.

    Make sure your zone you want to record is green. Your settings for contrast and size should set it off. Set "show rectangles" and see if rectangles turn red. Slow computer will studded video but shouldn't affect motion ability with one camera.

    Agree regarding being a burden and rendering the alert process useless. That's a big plus for the BI software and now can't really use the feature.

    yea, I guess I was just spoiled before when cancel shadows (Gaussian) worked well. So be it for now I guess until a future update?

    Adding to a cpu issue for this version. I have 2 of my cams on continuous record and cpu was previously around 50%. Cpu after updates is now around 90%-95%
