    blue and brown cable are for power. if poe handshake dont meet it will not relase the power and camera will not work. even a small amount of cable deflection will lead this. just short circuit brown and brown white (negative) and blue and blue white . it will work.

    Youı dont need to convert or transcode the file. Just use handbrake or xmediarecode and select stream only copy. it ill take only 1 second . the created file will be easy played by all players.

    it could be codec problem.if you are choosing mp2l2 codec it will have problem with 2 way audio.
