    That was it. Something so simple. In the AI software I did not name the camera the same as the ai camera in BI. Must have missed that or thought it was a non issue. Thank you for the all the help.

    Ok I am at where if I do the trigger I get Authorization Required. I have set the authentication to Non-Lan only.

    All the same. I have found the only way I get an alert that shows in the app is if I trigger it using the trigger link that we put in the ai software.     Thank you the triggers seems to not be erroring now. While I was configuring I got two alerts in the BI app, but nothing since. I setup my cameras original and clone just like yours.     Same with me. Completely remove BI 5 and started fresh with same error.

    What can I do to clean this up for future incidents. It is so blurry it is not worth the money paid for the camera system etc. I am sure I have done something wrong, but what can I do to get better images of people riding through the neighborhood kicking peoples mailboxes over?

    Ok mine was not writing to a log so I changed it and it has been running for awhile and not seeing the same errors as you have above. I am using Android.
