I noticed that this morning, but since at the time I didn't have any alerts, the option was blank. To me this is a bit more complicated to find alerts. Oh well... progress.

I have also 'lost' my Alert option in the UI3. Alerts are still showing from the server end, but they are no longer available within UI3. Strange !!!

Would someone please explain to me how to best utilize the Geofencing options that are available under Mobile Devices? I have them configured but don't understand how to best use the items shown in RED. I only have two Profile. One to record when outside of my home and the other to stop...

BINGO. Success !!! I copied all the UI3.zip files into www folder and I am able to log in now. THANK YOU!!! It is a total mystery as to why the files were missing. I use your (and love) UI daily over and over and have made no changes to the BI software on my server. Super strange. Nevertheless...

I have done that since the very first time I was not able to use the UI3. No difference at all. :-( Just now I cleared all browser cache, info, etc. and completely shut down the Mac. No difference once I booted back up. This is just nuts. Over months and months and months of smooth usage...

I have been having the same issue with logging into UI3 from my Mac using Chrome or Safari for several days now. I am still using BI 4 and UI3 has worked every since it came out until just a few days ago. I've written to BI Support but have not received an answer yet. Any new ideas?? Thank you
